Donations

1. Donations made through our website are considered final and non-refundable.
2. Refunds may be issued only in the case of technical errors (e.g., duplicate transactions).

Procedure for Refunds

2. Requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.

Processing Time

The refund amount will be credited in 10 working days.
